His vast experience includes implementing learning strategies such as Crucial Conversations, Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Facilitation Essentials, and many other transformative learning solutions for leaders and teams. James is a graduate of Metropolitan State College in Denver, the Training and Development Institute at CU Denver, the Boulder Center for Accelerated Learning and Neuro Linguistic Programming in Boulder, CO. As a senior leadership consultant with Zoe Training, James has years of experience developing and delivering core content in a fun and meaningful way.
