MODULE THREE:  THE FIVE DYSFUNCTIONS OF A TEAM

  • Overcoming the Five Dysfunctions of a Team                                  

MODULE FOUR:  EFFECTIVELY FUNCTIONING TEAMS

  • Group Activity: “What Makes a Team Successful?” 
  • Working Groups versus Teams                              
  • The Eight Characteristics of Effectively Functioning Teams
  • The Guiding Principles of Successful Teams
  • Dealing with Low-Performing Team Members (“Social Loafers”)
